On April 24, 2014, Signature @ The Roof was transformed into Veuve Clicquot Carnival and it was a night filled with masquerade masks, lounge and contemporary tunes, as well as the star of the evening, the Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label – the iconic champagne from the house of the widow, Madame Clicquot, who believed in creating champagnes of “Only one quality, the finest”.
The night was filled with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label served in glowing Neon Clicquot service ritual accompanied by huge Veuve Clicquot Yellow Balloons. Complete with fiery poi performances by Psycusix, lounge beats by DJ Nima and confetti during the launch gambit, Veuve Clicquot Carnival was definitely an unforgettable way to kick start the first Veuve Clicquot party in Kuala Lumpur. The night also marked an official introduction of Lady Clicquot, as the ladies will be a staple at all Veuve Clicquot events throughout the year.
Champagne lovers of Veuve Clicquot were joined by local celebrities such as Peter Davis, Elaine Daly, Julie Woon, Darren Lee, Miss Universe Malaysia finalists and other well-known faces.
The evening saw several lucky winners walked away with bottles of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. Masquerade masks with unique lucky draw numbers were given to guests and one (1) lucky winner walked away with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne.
Instagram-mers were also given the opportunity to share their selfies on Instagram by hash tagging #veuveclicquotcarnival. The chosen selfie post with the highest number of ‘likes’ also walked away with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne. Party goers who purchased bottles of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label were given tokens to play the Veuve Clicquot Champagne Pong – where customers compete against each other to throw yellow ping-pong balls into champagne flutes to win points. Two customers with the highest scores that night walked away with awesome prizes; the grand winner won a Magnum size version of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and a RM2,000 Louis Vuitton voucher, while the 2nd highest scorer walked away with a Magnum size version of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and RM1,000 Louis Vuitton voucher.
