I kinda like this because of the golden mushrooms. wehehehehe.. I likey cause they’re cute and delicious). The golden mushrooms are fried with another type of cute midget mushrooms, eggs, cabbage, onions, leeks and spring onions. The deep fried salmon belly is very crispy and goes well with the veggies.

The salmon braised with chef’s special sauce is served with eggplants and mushroom, fresh lettuce beneath, parsley as decoration. The salmon is delicious. The side dishes; Crab Roll Salad, Stir Fried Japanese Kimchi and Beancurd in Light Ankake Broth.

The stir fried kimchi is not bad. Just so you know, there’s konyaku jelly like vermicelli inside. Q Q~ I didn’t eat the beancurd because I don’t eat anything soy.
Apart from the Salmon Braised in Chef’s special sauce and the side dishes, Kaizeki Set A comes with fresh local fruits, miso soup and steamed rice too.

I specially love this set. Just looking at the partial grilled fish sitting on the rice waters my mouth.
Fusion Sushi Combination
The sushi are very delicious. They are all very tasty and very good. Super sedap. Even the decoration (butterfly) looks so good here.
This set is really fusionist. Even the salad is fusion-like, there are tortiglioni pasta, crabmeat, lettuce, and lots and lots of ebi on top. I like this salad a lot.
Last but not least,
Aburi Salmon Maki @ RM18.90
This maki is quite similar to the one in Kaizeki Set B. I like the sushi in Ten Ichi as they are just at the right size. Mouthful. Satisfying. Burps. Ooops.
