Super GT 2012 Round 3 Malaysia Official Launch
Last Saturday, I was at Bangsar Village 2 for the Super GT Roadshow with Kelson, Rachel, Rose and Yien. It was the Official Launch of SUPER GT 2012 Round 3 Malaysia.
The SUPER GT 2012 Round 3 Malaysia, one of the most popular and greatest motorsport events was officially launched today by JPM Motorsport at the Bangsar Village 2. SUPER GT is a world class Grand Touring Race Series where it is hugely popular and reputable in its country of origin – Japan. SUPER GT 2012 Round 3 Malaysia is the one and only round out of the eight round of the SUPER GT in Japan.

The SUPER GT Trophy for 2012 was unveiled by Mr JP Chin (founder of JPM Motorsport), Mr TJ Chin (Managing Director of JPM Motorsport), Mr Yochiro Ueno (Managing Director & CEO of Honda Malaysia) and Mr David Tan (Managing Director of Tumasek Pewter). Hundred members from several car clubs were also present to witness the momentous event.

During the launch, JPM Motorsport announced their plan to support the Kids for Kids Charity Foundation, a foundation that focuses on children welfare. For every SUPER GT tickets sold at RM100 (only at roadshows), RM50 will be contributed to “Kids to Kids Foundation”. The beneficiaries are Stepping Stones Home, Rumah Kanak-Kanak Angels and Agathian’s Shelter. Futhermore, every ticket purchased will stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes such as 50’’ TVs, Compact Cameras, DSLR, Samsung S2, Net Book, Anti Virus Product by AVIRA, GARMIN GPS, V Kool Tinting Services, Paint Shield Detailing and also motorcycles from NAZA.
Grandstand tickets are priced at RM100 each. Tickets are also available at www.supergt.com.my, www.ticketcharge.com.my, participating TicketCharge outlets like Speedy, Rock Corner, Victoria Music, or selected AFFIN Bank Branches or at any of the roadshows. Children under the age of 12 can enter for free. The Corporate Bulk Discounts are still available.
