I am back from my vacation with family. It was a great one although it was very cold in Taiwan (approximately 7 to 11 degree Celsius) and it rains almost everyday there.
It was a cold and wet holiday.

Most of the time were spent on traveling via bus and train and visiting almost all the tourists spots in Taiwan.

We didn’t have much time to loiter and shop in the night markets and shopping malls (1 hour to shop at each stop, how to shop?).

Jiu Fen
However, we managed to try all sorts of Taiwanese food we see, such as Taiwan sausage, Pearl Milk Tea, Chicken Chop, pancakes, egg cake, oyster omelet, etc from the night markets.

Taiwan Sausages
Even though it rained most of the evenings, we die die must stroll along the night markets because we will be in that city for just one night.

Night Market
Most of the time, we shop in 7 Eleven and Family Mart for yoghurt drink, milk and etc, since they are in every corner of the streets and very nearby (some are just across the road) from our hotels.

everyday I drink papaya milk :3
During our tour, we were shivering cold and started to get used with the cold weather in Taiwan. Everyday I must wear at least 2 tops, jeans and 2 pairs of socks.

at the Lover's bridge
When we arrived KL the night before, we complained like nobody’s business and how we wished we were in Taiwan again. I had slight fever upon arrival due to the sudden temperature change (from 10 degrees to 31 degrees Celsius). Mau pengsan lor..

departing to Taipei
Anyway, I’m glad to be back to Kuching (minus the heat). I miss everyone very much and nonetheless, I misslaksa, beef noodles, kolo beehoon, kueh chap, level up, and ang pow! I am very tired as well. Monday is sure gonna be a blue blue Monday. Back to work. Aihh..
Happy Chinese New Year! Rwoww.. It’s the year of the Tiger.
P/s: will update more in details once I sort out the pichas taken.

Some days it’s not that cold, about 15-19 degrees celcius but most of the time it’s very cold depending on the weather and the wind! Especially when the wind blows, you can’t do anything but to stand still and wait for the wind to “swoosh” away. T____T
Coming back home, I wish I could bring back the weather. lol
