Giezz.. I’ve been slacking for far too long!
WARNING: Continue Reading if you’re not Hungry.
When you’re hitting a buffet, it’s all about eating, eating and eating – eat all you can. Well, here are some tips about eating right and smart in an all-you-can-eat buffet.
First, always start with salad.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take any picha of the greens. There were all sorts of imported lettuces! Love french dressing with them.
I always jump to the salad/cold counter first, because, I like…
and
and
At the salad counter, I saw this:
You know, this would be a good guess for PrizeGiveAway. But then again, I’ve came up with something different for the next PrizeGiveAway.
Also at the salad counter;
What do you think? It’s International buffet afterall. kekekeke..
Be sure to survey around and make note of the “ho liao” (good stuffs) you want to try/eat. If you want to try EVERYTHING, take EVERYTHING in small amount. You would like to venture and try all sorts of food, but at the same time, try not to over eat. Hungry you may be, but eating moderately leads you to a healthier lifestyle
Next, choose the types of food you rarely eat/tried, signature dishes, not high carbohydrates – stay away from rice or don’t take too much rice, noodles, etc high carbs, avoid drinking soft drinks (tea is best, next is water), and always, ALWAYS, enjoy eating and not overeating just because you want to eat at your money’s worth.
Still, Spring Garden’s Beef Noodle for the win.
Remember to save some space for desserts. Be it fruits, jellies, cakes or sweets.
Eat 1 kg of this is enough to cover for what you paid. XD
One thing about buffet; eat all you can; but you can’t tapao (take away). Just look at those marshmellows!! If only there’s BBQ in this buffet. Burnt marshmellow anyone?
Oh, there’s this great stuff in this buffet too. Sweet. Chocolatey. Yummilicious. Indulgence.
That.. will be in another post
Also, don’t forget about the lunch and buffet promotion at The Eatery. The promotion lasts till April!

haha.. They are pretty moist, I think it’s because of the lighting as I went there during the day and flash light was not used.

Thanks, Sam.. Just got myself a new digital camera end of last year. Hence, the quality of the photos. teehee.. I did get featured in live and inspire. It was pretty cool.
Well, payment is not what I aim for, but if I have the chance to do reviews and get paid, that’ll be extra pocket money to spend on more food! Hahaha..
