Deepest condolence to our Chief Minister, Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud and family for the loss of his dearly beloved wife, Puan Sri Laila Taib, who succumbed to cancer at their residence in Demak Jaya here Wednesday. She died at 3.45pm.
Taib’s press secretary Amin Sahmat said the burial would be held at the Demak Muslim cemetery Thursday morning. -thestar-
I visited Pizza Hut’s website today to submit my feedback on their HOSPITALITY.

My feedback:
“We ordered Combo Meal 3, 1 Sensasi Delight set 2, and 1 garden salad. There were 3 of us.
First of all, the waitress spoke very softly and very fast. We don’t understand a single word she said when she repeated our order.
Secondly, the creamy chicken soup tasted SOUR. We informed and requested for replacement for the soup. They brought the whole pot of soup back to kitchen. Initially, this means something is wrong with the soup.
Thirdly, the spaghetti portion is seriously pathetic! It is half of what is seen in the display picture and of course, it was not enough to even feed a kid.
Fourthly, the items in the salad are not very fresh.
Fifth, our order got messed up. We ordered Combo Meal 3 but end up to be Combo Meal 1. We were served with a personal pizza when we expected a regular sized pizza. When I informed that they brought the wrong pizza, they checked the receipt and informed me that we ordered Combo Meal 1, when I pointed Combo Meal 3 when we made the order. The person who took our order argued that we ordered for meal 1.
What’s the logic of this? If I were to order 2 personal meals, why in the first place we were served with 3 drinks and 3 soups? We didn’t even order additional items or made any add ons into our order.
What made me very frustrated is the way the waitresses spoke and accused us making the WRONG ORDER. How in the first place would we make wrong order for what we want to eat?
Apart from that, when asked for the Manager, the waitresses seem very unhappy (when we think we should be unhappy on this issue), she walks off making faces. The manager did not only listen to what we had to say but cuts in addressing the colleague of hers as “My Friend”. That really gives a BIG impression.
Apart from that, what’s the idea of friendly waitresses making face walking pass our table? Did we asked for such treatment?
We are very disappointed at the service provided from Pizza Hut, especially when we are charged 10% service charge!
Since the personal pizza is served on our table, the manager told us to eat that and she will bring the regular size pizza for us.
Not forgetting, the breadsticks came after the pizza.
Although we are paying for 1 sensasi delight and 1 combo meal 1, we are still very unhappy and upset with the way we were treated as customers.
FYI, I own a food blog and I have blogged on this incident to share my experience with the public.
I hope you look into this as I get plenty of feedbacks on this issue and many too had posted their past experiences. Service is very important in food industry.
Sorry to say, but this visit to Pizza Hut would be my last one.“

get that person fired meh? I’m not so pissed to the extent of cutting people of their job. I just want an apology and that they improve their service and attitude.

this is jaswinder singh i love to go in restaurant but last visit of my in (Ambala) was very bad first i ordered for the pasta but the pasta given to me was totly smelly and expired when i ate it the taste was very bad and i went to phd return i complaint to your manager this is expired then he changed my pasta then i found some one was clean
ing the washroom is this the standard u r maintaining in your restaurant the same boy go in restaurant and stand on the cash counter how we can believe the food you r serving to us is 100% hygeen how we can believe that food we can eat . this is not the standard of a restaurant u should arrange a housekeeper for not just for the washroom but also for the customer area . that should increase ur standard also . thanking i hope the next time when i will come that there should be housekeeper for the restaurant . i will hope this may not my last visit . one more thing please teach to manager addicates how to talk with a customer . name ( jaswinder )
