The Special Wok Fried Rice with Tobiko and Crispy Beancurd Skin is awesome! The fried rice may look simple but it has a nice fragrant from the wok hei (high heat) while cooking and paired with Tobiko (flying fish roe) and Crispy Beancurd Skin. May seem like a little Japanese twist here. Just satisfying.
Warm Nien Gou with Grated Coconut
This is my first time having Warm Nien Gou with Grated Coconut, as I’ve always have my Nien Gou (sweet sticky cake) dipped in egg and fried. As the Nien Gou is coated with grated coconut, it made the Nien Gou more fragrant and less sweet. This just became my new favourite Nien Gou
Honeydew Sago infused with Calamansi Juice
Dinner ended with a few servings of Honeydew Sago infused with Calamansi Juice. I love this stuff! I always enjoy Honeydew Sago, but Ti Chen’s version is way more enjoyable with a tinge of sour and refreshing end.
