Fang Yuen is located behind Hock Lee Centre.
When seated, the lady (one of the Fang Yuen’s sisters) would take order from you. Once you’re seated at that table and you’ve made your order, DON’T CHANGE TABLE or else you will have to REORDER and that’ll take forever for your food to reach you. This is one of Kuching’s SAMBUTAN HEBAT lunch area. During lunch hour, the whole place would be packed and the best ideal time to go would be from 11:30am – 12:30pm. Starting from 12:30pm, the whole coffeeshop would be packed.

When orders were taken, lady Fang Yuen would bring 3 different sauces along with the fork and spoon.
