keeps the doctor away. Also keeps THE A(H1N1) away – perhaps. Simply because it contains vitamins. My 1 cent: Kiwi is actually more powerful. LOL

Green Apple and Fanta Apple Soda (tastes like zapple but nicer)
Ta Kiong promotions: Green Apple (6 for RM4.80) and Fanta Apple Soda (RM1 per can – 250ml) Very apple-ish. Bought a lot of stuff from Ta Kiong (again). Well, the promotions are irresistable mahh… The apples are eaten on daily basis while the soda is just drink for fun =X What??? It’s on sales maaah..
Ever since the pandemic of A(H1N1), I received many forwarded emails about it – what it is, booklet about it, prevention, symptoms of it, etc it..
Hearing someone standing or sitting next to you sneeze, cough or even sniff can scare the toooooot out of you. Imagine being in the same lift with someone who coughs or suddenly sneezes. *can faint instantly*
In my opinion; “Unless you have good body resistance and you feel that you’re healthy in shape and that you take good care of yourself, you don’t have to worry about getting infected.”
I practiced the hand washing ritual, using lots of tissues when coughing/sneezing/wipes nose, avoid crowded places and etc.. Even bought vitamins to build my body resistance – recommended Vitamin C 1000mg or more, per day.
Fact is, we all know what the swine flu is, how it infects, how to prevent and etc. We can even debate about it or write a book about it.
Question is, how to differentiate between a normal flu and A(H1N1) flu?
Thanks to a colleague who forwarded us the differences between a normal flu and the Swine Flu aka A(H1N1).

My 2 cents: Just stay clean and healthy at all time. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, watch what you eat, watch where you’re going and watch the changes in your body. Don’t simply walk in a pool of people thinking that they too practice the same lifestyle as you. If you don’t feel well, check with the Normal Flu VS. A(H1N1) flu symptoms. If you suspect that you got it, don’t go to work, school or anywhere else, go see a doctor!!
I do get comments like, “so what? Kena jiu kena, buy 4D lorh..” =..=|||| Eh, hello.. please lah ok, this is not just about you! It also involves people around you! You might not get infected, but you may be a carrier PLUS there’s no symptoms (so far) to tell whether you’re a carrier of the virus or not!
Wherever we are, whatever we do, there is always risk. We can’t control it as how we want it, we can’t avoid it, BUT WE CAN PREVENT IT and REDUCE THE RISK OF IT.
Indeed, we can’t control the flu from spreading, and we can’t avoid from it, but we can prevent ourselves from getting it.
This is brought to you by annna.net because she cares.
P/s: I know.. This is so not me right? To have such a full text + 1 picha post.

Good work! I love this part
